She is a black lady that appears to be stuffing, not from mental health (not sure about the addiction part) and homelessness from the area. I seen her sleeping there with an umbrella more then several times when going for walks. I also seen her at YNHH ER last month. She comes a night.
She’s not from the neighborhood. She used to be over by St. Raphael’s. She tries to get sent to the hospitals and asks for pain killers, opioids. You’re correct that she has been going to Yale ER recently instead of St. Raphael’s. She’s known. Regardless, it’s NOT okay for this to be happening on the wall of the school playground and the schools front sidewalk.
This stuff is now in bags near the trash can. Still qualifies for illegal dumping on the sidewalk in front of the school and should be completely removed immediately.
10/25 and 10/26- Kids can touch this stuff. These people should not be sleeping on the school playground walls. There are 2 piles of belongings now. One on Davis and one on Fairfield
