Homeless Encampment. Burned out cars, junk, tires, etc. all the fun that comes with encampments These are the folks that also set off bombs at least twice a week. Better lately but not by much. They are within 50 feet of residential homes and businesses which is against the law in Oakland just saying. this encampment has been there for awhile. time to go! It is a health hazard for all the home owners in the neighboring areas. ........
