Since the City Of Oakland wouldn’t take any serious action to enforce this red curb, someone was smart enough to plant some thing and put a fence around it to discourage parking in the red zone. Now that doesn’t even work as evidenced by this moron, who drove through it and parked up on the curb in the red. I’ve been told that you can’t put a no parking sign in addition to a red curb, but that’s ridiculous.
