Earlier in the thread I listed the exact locations with photos. I do not understand how it is possible to report illegal dumping or massive trash piles that are not at a residence if the corresponding addresses that I have listed are not considered exact. On 4-16 I listed 3 exact addresses with photos. I can not be any more exact and specific than that. Please advise.
