Description
Otis Dr. between Westline and Grand is a racetrack. The middle and bicycle lanes of this 25 MPH stretch are regularly used by speeding drivers to pass. It's been months since I've seen enforcement here and it shows :(

This section of Otis lacks the radar signs found on other parts.
A temporary one was put along this stretch, and I regularly saw cars exceeding 50 mph on it. That temporary unit has been gone for months unfortunately and the situation has only gotten worse.
The lack of permanent radar units and the raised curves seen on other parts of Otis make some people treat this as a quarter mile drag strip.
