There are several cars in this neighborhood that have a wheel missing or bent at an angle. Anyone driving around can see them —especially Traffic inspectors. How long can a resident leave an obviously disabled car sitting in a parking space? How long before police check to see if it's been reported stolen? Or not even registered? Are our City streets just dumping grounds for junk cars? If the Mayor really cares about re-election, he should look into these Quality of Life issues that only annoy the voters. Unless his top Administrators know he doesn't really care and so can just ignore such obvious blights on less-affluent neighborhoods.
