Pothole northbound Broadway just prior to the Kaiser garage C. The pothole is between an EBMUD water valve and a fire hydrant. This is a possible water leak. The hole is wet. This is in number two slow lane and is a hazard for cyclists. Cars were also slowing for this hole.
