It is unfair (disappointing), and incorrect, to blame this on "Trashy Framingham".
I live here in Framingham, and spoke with the person from the Church, associated with the property. She reported the Salvation Army had to close back in January, however the Church continues to accept donations on behalf of the Salvation Army.
An unfortunate happening is there are many people, (and possibly nearby businesses,etc) simply leaving "trash-like" items next to, or out in the rain, beside the donation box, and such items cannot be processed. This problem is being addressed, and further information will be provided, by others.

Hello, Yes, we do read each post and take them seriously. The Salvation Army has closed and unfortunately there is a lot of illegal dumping going on. We have been working with the Salvation Army on how to avoid the trash being left at the property. They have agreed to fence in the dumpsters . Hopefully this is done with in the next month. In the meantime we will contact them regarding the trash that is currently on the property. We do appreciate any help from the residents in letting us know of any Trash or Debris that needs to be addressed in the Town. I notice that there is another address you have listed 60 South Street . Is this property in violation also?
