Description
This sign, attached to an orange pylon, keeps getting knocked over by the wind. Is there a way to attach it to the utility pole?

Perhaps this sign (as well as the plastic pylon) is unnecessary?
Isn't there supposed to be no parking already (as it is) within a certain distance of an intersection?
It's pretty obvious the road is too narrow there for parking. Yet, I am not suggesting that the road be widened. Nor am I for scraping off the double yellow center line and shifting it to make room for a parking lane on one side.
