If staff arrived days after trash collection, then they would not have found this. The issue is that they have overflowing bins with multiple trash bags on the ground and on top that are eaten through by rats. One such bag was left on the sidewalk half eaten by rats for two whole days this week. Perhaps more bins should be provided for this residence.
