Encampment continuing to grow into neighborhood, the cities neglect has allowed our neighborhood to be trashed, drugs, human waste, open fires, theft, and people being assaulted by encampment members on their own properties is almost an everyday occurrence . Sidewalk on both sides of street are not accessible, cars can only drive one way. ?
