The recycling has still not been taken. I was waiting to hear back if I should keep the bin on the curb. It is still full and a truck has not been by.

This was reported to Waste Management as a miss on 4/8. It was my understanding they would pick up on 4/9. If they haven't, I would pull the bin from the curb and wait until your next recycle day. I'm sorry for the miss.

This ticket has been closed for housekeeping management since the ticket is dated. If the issue/defect still exist, please open a new ticket so we can further investigate the issue and make the necessary repairs as needed. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
