Description

Last year when the surface of Elm St. was repaved, the intersection of Potter and Elm was not resurfaced, to preserve the red crosswalks. This has resulted in an uneven road surface that causes heavy vehicles ( with containers, dumpsters, trailers etc.) to 'bounce' on the uneven road surfaces. This bouncing has caused this type of vehicle to make much louder noise as they cross the intersection.
The volume is loud enough in some cases to shake our house.
