Description

An uneven concrete sidewalk in front of our building at 37-43 Holworthy Street was repaired a while back for safety reasons using asphalt. This is on a street where the rest of the sidewalk is concrete, and we were wondering whether the asphalt is a temporary repair and there is plan to replace it with new concrete at some point.
