Description
Speed limit is excessive on Crescent Ave and is inconsistent with similar roads such as Meadowbrook and Dyer Switch. The speed limit on Crescent is 40 mph while these other roads are posted at 30 mph. Crescent has many residential areas that feed onto it and there are kids all over the area.

Crescent Avenue is frequented by bikes all throughout the day both during the week and the weekends.
There are no share the road signs or signs to indicate incoming roads.
In addition to bikes there are several people walking along the road often times with dogs on leashes that have to walk in the road because there is limited space on the sides!!!
To add to the danger of all these things in the morning and evening there is a blinding sun that shines east to west preventing drivers from seeing cars turning onto the road and bike and runners on the sides of the road.
Unfortunately the drivers speed to get around the bikes and runners instead of slowing down and sharing the road.
If the city has any plans to develop the "beach/picnic" area along this road maybe they can address these issues in their plans.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING (reduce the speed and get signage) TO FIX THIS VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT!!!!!!
