Vaios Theodorakos is tormenting the businesses located at 56 Franklin Street. He is dumping garbage on front these business in attempt to make the tenants to leave. They are not his tenants, he does not own the building, he just likes to torment people. He is tormenting the 85 Concord Street building owner, as well. I really think this is outrageous. Why the Town of Framingham does not do nothing about it?
This man is delusional, he truly believes that he can keep taking from Peter to pay Paul. Eventually, he will lose everything. It already started it. Look at his buildings and his debts and you can conclude that his end is near. City Hall, wake up!!!

Good morning

I would like to know what's preventing the town of Framingham to enforce the law. This childishly sulky, arrogant Vaios Theodorakos has numerous spaces available in his parking lot, but he insists in parking his trucks to block these businesses, in attempt to force the building owner to sell the property to him. He wants to purchase the building in order to get a builder's permit from the town to pretend that is going to build a residential complex. He needs the permit to get a construction loan. He already got 4 construction loans and never started any construction; he is deliberately using these loans to pay his debts. This is the only "spot" he has left to draw money, he is badly in debts and he is trying everything to not be exposed and be a mockery of the town. He is angry at the world because of his financial troubles and he is emotionally lashing these innocent people.
Vaios Thedorakos is doing numerous electrical and plumbing work in all his buildings throughout the town and he is NOT getting any permit. Eldridge Electrical and Plumbing is doing all the job for Vaios without a single permit and Framingham Building Department is aware of it and is not enforcing the law to this man. I wonder how much and who is getting paid to let this man get rid with murder.
I will contact the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mr. William Francis Galvin and the Attorney General, Maura Healey to investigate the Town of Framingham. I will contact Metrowest Daily News and CBS Boston, as well.

Some how this deliberate corruption has to stop!!!

Good Morning, We have been in contact with the business owner, police department & fire department. Our Code inspector went to the property yesterday and the trucks were removed. We have suggested that the business owner contact the police if in anyway she is feeling harassed or unsafe she need to contact the Police department. I hope this has helped answered any questions. The trucks were never removed. This arrogant, evil man is fooling you. Go see for yourself, all trucks are still there. He is torturing an innocent woman. This monster has no regards for human beings. I'm still waiting for City Hall stop being corrupted by a vermin like this man.

I spoke to Pastor Edwin, who is another victim of Vaios's harassment and he told me that Vaios's removed the trucks for one day and then put them back there. Go there now and you will see at least four cars there, including a truck filled with garbage. After City Hall closes, Vaios parks all his vehicles around the building blocking it completely. Last Saturday I helped a lady in a wheelchair to get inside the store in the building because there was not room for her move around. Please take care of this problem a sap so people can conduct their business in a peaceful environment. There is no need for this aggravation. Vaios should be using the same energy he is using to torment these people to take care of his properties. I'm very surprised that the Town of Framingham let him keep the Amsden Bulding running. The back of the building got bed sheets hanging from the broken windows. It's a disturbing view. God have mercy on Vaios!

I have spoke to VTT Management property manger this morning the dumpster has been removed, the trucks are going to be parked in the proper parking spaces. The 7-MONTH WAR IS OVER!!! Vaios is defeated!!!
Vaios Theodorakos almost got arrested last Thursday. He went to the store to threat the owner of the store again, and for his surprise, she called the police. When the police office arrived, he ID Vaios and removed him from the store. The victim went to the police station and placed a Non Trespass Notice against Him.
After seven months of being, threatened, harassed and tortured by Vaios, this brave woman stood up for herself and called the police on him. His ego must be really hurt.
Vaios should have the decency to compensate this woman for the seven months she could not make money in her store because of his childish, arrogant behavior.
Vaios is destroying the Town of Framingham. He is removing good tenants out of his properties and replacing them with Section 8 tenants and drug dealers. His properties are in horrible conditions. Instead of doing maintenance in his properties, he is using his time to harass innocent people.

HE GOT WHAT HE DESERVED!!! And lots of people are very happy for this woman!
