Sharraxaadda

The sidewalk on Moraga Ave in Oakland between Thornhill and the Hwy 13N on ramp needs some major brush clearance. The crosswalk ramp is full of pine needles/dirt. Years of brush have taken over the fence side of the sidewalk and the gutters are full of debris making it very difficult to push a baby stroller, let alone navigate a wheelchair through this area. Ivy, bamboo, blackberry, etc need to be cut back and the years of a lack of maintenance need to be addressed in order to take back 1/2 of the side walk that has been taken over by brush/debris.
