Description

CHATHAM SQUARE PARK: PLASTIC GARBAGE CONTAINER SET ON FIRE 9PM 8-14-2015 A garbage filled with empty alcohol cans & bottles & paper trash & other FLAMABLE items being used by daily LOITERING regulars in Squares Center was set on FIRE deliberately lastnight.

This CITY PARK NEEDS TO HAVE DUSK CURFEW ENFORCED ASAP, & needs regular patrolling all day everyday until it becomes a civilized park once again. The occupants that use center of park for drinking ALLDAY, are also URINATING & DEFACATING IN BUSHES IN CENTER & this IS SEEN from inside homes on Chatham Sq.

CHATHAM SQ.HAS BEEN SERIOUSLY NEGLECTED FOR PAST 2 YRS. NOW & nothings done & The City ALLOWS This Loitering & having FIRES set in trash receptacles is another example of it deterioation.
Please remove burned out teash can from center & replace with a metal can ASAP for the patron that sit & drink in center all day...Remember..." You Belong In New Haven...
