I am a local business owner in the vicinity of this location. There has been numerous trucks hauling, in and out, soil and debris from this site. It appears someone has set up some sort of dirt storage/reclamation business. The problem is that my property, vehicles and merchandise are getting covered in a layer of silt and dirt from this undeveloped property. This does not appear to be an operation that should be established in a industrial business complex, but rather in a rural area. I need someone to investigate this business and see if they are in compliance with the rules of the city. We cannot even have our bay doors open to enjoy the nice weather without getting choked. Please look into this before I am forced to attend a City Council meeting, which I prefer not to. Thank you.
