There are too many accidents or close calls in the corner of 77th and Garfield st, over the years. It's a 2 way stop sign for Garfield street, but people driving up and down 77th ave that have the right of way are driving in a very excessive speed. There needs to be a speed bump coming up and down the hill of 77th ave towards the Garfield street intersection. Neighbors fences have been destroyed by car accidents and many multiple hit and runs on neighbors parked vehicles over the years.
