Did you notify Caltrains or Caltrans??? CHP is responsible for crimes on state property you can file an incident report on CHPs web site also. Good luck I have my hands full in my neighborhood. http://www.chp.ca.gov/notify-chp/crime-incident-reporting-system

Yep, stolen bicycles, set up shop, they pay no taxes, no licenses to do this, and Oakland will protect them. Anyone else would see a consequence.

I also reported this spot a month ago. It's outrageous that we have to sit idly waiting for the different agencies to 1) settle whose jurisdiction it is and 2) set into action. My bike was recently stolen and it eats me up every time I drive by this spot. It's a safe haven for theives! Anyone with hedge clippers want to go down there and trim up the ivy that provides privacy to the chop shop?!
