Descrição
Someone has broken and pulled back the fence under the freeway overpass on the SE corner of this intersection, and is using the enclosed area as a place to store a trove of stolen bicycles, as well as stripping, painting, and reassembling them. There are at least 20 bikes at any given time, and a few men working on them or keeping lookout.
