Description

The sidewalk on the odd-numbered side of Joelson Court is generally in poor condition with severe heaving in several places creating a tripping hazard. Portions of the sidewalk were shaved a few years ago, but did not address the underlying forces causing the panels to raise. Severe tripping hazards as a result of heaving exist at 195 Whitehall Road, and 7, 17, 25, 27 and 35 Joelson Court.
