yes yet again the cart was left....you guys came and got the tires but left the cart...then someone moved it to the other side of the street in the wood park area. then it was reported again with some couches and you can and got the couches but left the cart again. Can we please get this picked up it has been WEEKS since this was first reported.

Also I think the couches are from 45 Grace. I know they were in that front yard...and there is a pile more in the front yard and I fear those to will be dumped on our street so they do not have to pay the $50

We did tell the Parks guy parked in a parks truck this morning on our street he said he would let you guys know.

Just to clarify. DPW is responsible for items dumped on tree belt and street.If it's on private property(behind building) it's LCI's domain and Parks takes care of items on park grounds. As for illegal dumping in general unless someone spots the dumping in process(photos and/or license plates) hard to prove identity of person/address dumping materials. We are all trying to address the illegal dumping issue as best we can. Thanks for reporting.

It was on the side walk and the we reported it and reported and then one of my neighbors moved it across the street after you came and got the tires and left the cart. We thought your guys might of did it because it was to heavy. Thanks for clarifying.but if it was taken with the tires it would not be in that wooded area which is more of less the curb. So at first you should of got a few weeks back. But because someone moved it across the street the parks dept has to get it?? Should we move it back to the sidewalk on the other side??? This is crazy

Sent a message to the mayor maybe they can get someone to get it.

The cart is behind a building (business only stated so someone could go to the correct location) but the cart is on East Rock park grounds

OK so Public Works, Parks, LCI and the Mayor all know about the Cart....who's taking bets they will still not come and get the grocery cart. I may have to jump in the street.

oh and our alder women knows. and the post below gets a clean yard and curb strip in a day???
