It doesn't appear that you are sure which was way it should have been called in. You could have then posted and mention it was called in. This site is not monitor 24/7 by the various city departments, some hardly ever monitor this site.

Thank you XYZ for the input. Please call me to discuss further @ 203.946.7731. I've handle similar situations just like this in the past via seeclickfix, since it is non emergency. If it is a downed stop sign or one way sign, a call directly to PD would be required, thanks for the clarification. This does not APPEAR to be either of those types of signs, hence the upload to seeclickfix.

I tried calling but I got a voice mail, thank you not letting there be a message that says the mailbox is full which I sometimes get when I try and call others in the city. The reason for my post was because you did not state for sure what type of sign this was. In the future please mention what kind of sign it is.
