Description

Food vendor has started using corner of Whalley / Hudson. Customer parking has created traffic congestion trying to get out of Juvenile Court onto Whalley. Also making it hard to see traffic coming from left. Photo is customer parked at corner of Whalley/Hudson - impossible to see oncoming traffic on Whalley.
