Unfortunately this issue is still very much open. After coordinating with some of the neighbors in the area we were able to convince the City to schedule a bulky load pick up despite the property owner not acknowledging the issue. This was scheduled for Friday but the truck broke down and since the City does not pick up on Monday it was slated to be gone yesterday.

As the attached picture shows the trash has yet to be removed as of 9am Wednesday 8/10/16 and it now covers 3/4 of the roadway at Garden Pl. limiting access to traffic, parking, and potential emergency vehicles.

Please schedule to have the trash removed ASAP.

I noticed that this is still an issue, and it now has a horrid smell.

The City has provided a bulky load collection as this location on August 11. Bulky load service collects large items such as furniture and appliances. Smaller items are the property owner's responsibility to gather and dispose of according to the City's curbside collection guidelines. This location has been submitted to Code Enforcement for further review.

Well, please do something! The smell is bad! Plus, it's after the date 8/11 that you mentioned here....

Staff investigated and initiated a public nuisance notice of violation for trash, debris etc. we start a case on 8/26 with deadline of 9/06/2016
