  It's pointless to keep buttoning-up this fence line. If you were to go inside of the Beltline to look around, you would understand why no fence is going to keep its residents out. However, your notification serves as a reminder that there is a festering problem within the Beltline, i.e., it serves as a staging area for the movement of stolen property that results from larceny and burglaries.
