Please contact Sergeant Jim Ford at the Burlingame Police Department at (650) 777-4140. I would like to set up a meeting with you so I can explain the Burlingame Police Department's policy of abandon vehicles.
The car still hasn't moved, still hasn't been tagged, still covered in dust, dirt and leaves. According to the Burlingame municipal code, see attached image, there is no exclusion for residents - the code was written to prevent anyone from storing their vehicles on the streets for more than 72 hours.
I don't want to be a pain or a stickler but there are a number of repeat violators on this block being reported by more than just me - parking is an issue and people are using the Burlingame see and fix app to report the violators.
