Waste management just came and collected trash from the dumpster at 655 concord street at 3:54 AM
This is unacceptable to the residents on this street and violates the noise ordinance. Please fine this business and make them stop collecting trash at such an obscene hour. This is my second complaint on this address and no one has done anything. I have video this time of the truck turning out of the business. They do it so fast because they know they are going to get in trouble when the dumpster door swings and makes a huge boom to wake up the neighborhood!

lol...welcome to framingham. let me give you a nickles worth of free advice, my friend. in framingham...if you want the police to do anything about anything, you need to pay them off. that's why the whore house on union ave is STILL in operation after multiple complaints from tax paying citizens.

I live next door to a few commercial businesses and there is often offloading of pallets at any time of night, 1am, 3am, and the other place next to me will load and unload trucks at 5 am on Sundays. I assumed Framgingam has no noise laws in place.

310 CMR 7.10 Noise
(1) No person owning, leasing, or controlling a source of sound shall willfully, negligently, or through failure to provide necessary equipment, service, or maintenance or to take necessary precautions cause, suffer, allow, or permit unnecessary emissions from said source of sound that may cause noise.
It is not reasonable to expect an entire neighborhood to be subjected to waste management emptying a dumpster at 3:54 AM. It is a huge banging noise that is disturbing the peace and causing a nuisance.
