Can we get larger signs or blinking lights since to many people do not seem to know what a RED LIGHT means at this light. It is that weird light where Elm meets Broadway. 5 people at a time blow the light at around 5pm.....never a day I do not see this....it is to hard of a spot for cops to tag red light runners...or they would of by now. So maybe some kind of HEY ITS A RED LIGHT NOT GREEN sign would help.
