This property has been an ongoing problem on a monthly basis. Tenants do not know how to dispose of trash properly. It’s spilling out of the trash can and there are other unwanted objects lying on the ground creating and eyesore and health hazard. The maintenance of this property continues to be an issue; its appearance is untidy and unacceptable and something needs to be done ASAP.
