As of this morning, fill dirt had been placed in the area between the sidewalk and curb. Who will be replacing the grassy turf that had been destroyed by action of heavy vehicles?

The construction sites in Ingleside have been just a complete free-for-all as far as responsibilities toward previous residents during construction.

This issue was forwarded to both Codes and Construction Services for review. Codes closed the case as all permitting required for a new sidewalk and driveway were approved and the sidewalk was poured. The permitting, driveway and side walk were applicable top the job site at 827 12th Ave S.

The complaint for the damage as photographed applies to the city-owned right-of-way fronting the privately owned vacant lot AKA 835 12th Ave S, located at NE Corner 12th Ave S and 8th St Ct S, just as indicated by the street sign in the photo.

The street corner infrastructure has suffered substantial damage caused by heavy equipment and vehicles cutting the corner. The vehicles and equipment were associated with the Domaine Homes sites at 819 and 827 12th Ave S

A Community Services Representative was sent to this location based on the initial report and picture sent to SeeClickFix. Upon their investigation they opened the Codes case that was closed with the information provided. We are forwarding this information back to them so they can look into it further if what was originally reported was missed. Sincerely, Mayor's Action Center

The Community Services Representative forwarded the information about this location along with photographs of both the sidewalk area at 819 12th Ave S as well as the corner to both Codes and the Building Department. Codes initiated a case where the sidewalk was missing and they closed the case when it was repaired. PLEASE NOTE THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY OPERATION OF CONSTRUCTION AND DELIVERY VEHICLES AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT ACROSS THIS STEET CORNER. THIS IS ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTRUCTION ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES AT 827 AND 819 12TH AVE S.

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
