I believe the signal at Franklin Street exit (74B) off 95N & the one at Main St. immediately after that exit may be out of sync. I do not see on your website where there is any road work that may be causing the delay so this is just my assumption. It is causing major back up on 95N b/c so many people take that exit at morning commute. Back up begins at the prior exit (Broad Street) and is hazardous as you also have people entering the highway from East Broad St There was never backup in the past
