Neighbor at 247 does not clear her sidewalk. She pays someone to shovel her rear parking area and the path to her house so her mail will be delivered. Residents must walk in the street which is narrow and heavily traveled. It is dangerous to try and walk an animal past her house. She is the only neighbor who refuses to shovel her walk. The City installed new, free sidewalks recently so there is no excuse for her behavior. Please send her a warning or fine her so that she obeys the law. Repeated requests to shovel her sidewalk have been ignored. Thank you
