If you mean Stanley Place, I collected all that trash from the immediate area, and called Public Works to request a pickup. (Used as many city bags as I had!) I hope they will come soon. I am grateful that you reported it, because maybe that will help. I also have reported the Harrison 580 offramp to CalTrans, who should be the ones cleaning up, but have not been. I would appreciate it if you have time, if you can also report the Harrison offramp as I am hoping to get their attention! Thanks again.
