Description
There is a raggedy RV, beige, Ticonderoga model with CA lic #7VUG777 that roams the neighborhood all day and all night. It parks frequently in the vicinity of the vacant lot in the 600 block of Mclane ST. IN addition to dumping trash and human waste in the vacant lot on Mclane there is an assortment of stray females in and out as well as the male "customers". The person who drives the RV steps outside when the female and the stray male go inside. After a bit they both come out of the RV and the male makes an exchange with the RV driver. There has also been several loud arguments associated with the RV and its occupants. VPD where are you???
