now that St Theresa's school & the Church are closed, is it really necessary to have the traffic light on all the time at the corner of New Scotland Ave & W Erie? as long as there is no school in session for New Scotland Elementary, can't we get this light to be a blinking traffic light all the time or only have it working during school day hours?
