now that St Theresa's school & the Church are closed, is it really necessary to have the traffic light on all the time at the corner of New Scotland Ave & W Erie? as long as there is no school in session for New Scotland Elementary, can't we get this light to be a blinking traffic light all the time or only have it working during school day hours?

i still have not seen or heard if this traffic light is going to be shut off or at least turned off after a specific time of day/night to allow for traffic to flow between the new scotland elementry school & s main ave. will this be addressed?
