Ok so Traffic and parking installed STOP signs on Clifton Street in both directions making the intersection of Clifton and Russell Streets a 4-way stop! But they've yet to put the street paint markings that will complete the project! Therefore rendering the newly erected STOP signs on Clifton Street useless because the STOP signs are blending in with the natural surroundings of property! The STOP signs are slowing traffic significantly but motorists are blowing through the intersection because there's no street marking to aid the STOP signs! And it's a hazard for pedestrians and cyclists especially at night! Please address this issue promptly!
