Kids playing in the street is the natural order of things.

Linda, I understand that kids have a right to play and I hesitated to make a post. However, I would sometimes like a chance to sit on my back porch and unwind peacefully. Unfortunately, it's difficult to do so when kids are continuously screaming in the street. It also disrupts my whole apartment, even with the windows closed (which I don't want to do anyway, since it's hot). There is a perfectly good park down the street where they can play.
