I hear this as well. All hours. Not only loud and annoying, but possibly dangerous as it often sounds like someone is just opening up on concord st and going as fast as possible.

I don't know that this is only one bike. Several people seem to use Hartford to open up with loud bikes.

From what i have heard/seen, there is a kid on a dirt bike, and then an older guy on a REALLY loud motorcycle that seems to hang around the grant/arthur street area. This does not take into account the numerous REALLY LOUD motorcycles that normally pass by, nor the highly irritating cars with bass so loud stuff in my house (with no open windows) vibrates.

The one with the dirt bike lives on Essex street. It goes up Essex street then to Elder street to Eliot Street and off to Grant Street. Etc... It's a young kid and it's dangerous.

the information has been forwarded to the patrol supervisors for the dayshift and evening shift.
They will have patrols check for the bike
