Description
At the public mooring and beach at the waterfront of Clifton Street,
fishing people have been dumping cut off heads, guts, and bodies of big rejected dead fish all over the place. It is disgusting, stinking, and in summer temperatures quickly becoming a health hazard for children and families who love to enjoy this beautiful public waterside. It is very sad to see this tiny beach vandalized and made unusable by uncaring sports fishers.
