Thank you so much! Any idea why the paving was not completed initially?

There was a broken storm drain that needed to be fixed before it could be paved. Drain fixed and paving to be completed in the next few weeks.

What's the status of this related issue:

90 Alston Avenue New Haven, Connecticut
Street was repaved last week, but new pavement is now 2 inches higher than the apron of our driveway, creating a serious hazard. Apron had been level with street prior to repavement. Can the pavement be ground down so that it is level again with the apron?
