I too have a report on here for already installed lights to be reactived/fixed the reply was that there is no electricity/meter at Border Park tennis courts but its built on top of the water reclaim station with many electric pumps. Plus lights are already installed and there’s a meter that run to the lights. I even suggested to install a coin mechanism so some revenue would go back to the city to make up for lighting and other court maintenance. But so far nothing has came out of my post other than “no electricity meter at this address”. See the pictures in my post.
