I can see from the comment posted by AZEO on 11/09/2017 that this issue had been reported to the Quinnipiack Valley Health District. I didn't know the QVHD handled these types of issues, but I'm learning something new every day. Notice of Violation Sent - QVHD issued an NOV on 11/14/17 for the two vans. Following receipt of the NOV, one van was determined to have an active registration while the other is a junk vehicle. The owner requested and was granted an extension until 4/2/18 to address the junk vehicle.
