The traffic lights at this 5 way intersection are out of sequence. East bound traffic on MacArthur fill the intersection up to 8 cars not allowing cars from Canon Ave, E 38th, Excelsior and Adele Ct to get into the intersection when there lights are green many just run the red light to sneak in. Many people are passing in the bike lane on east bound MacArthur to cut in.
