Constituent called to report a city tree in front of his property is deteriorating and rotting and can fall at any moment. The tree is outside of his fence and parts of the tree have fallen onto his fence and onto his property. He has reported it before in early august and it has been inspected twice but nothing has been done. He is very concerned and has been waiting for months.
