Any follow up on this issue? It's nice that it was acknowledged however it's been two and a half months. From what I can tell Pro-Park owns that parcel and would therefore need to fix this.

Sidewalk inspections are usually sandwiched between storms and winter weather. It was inspected later in December and noted that concrete sidewalk is spalling. It is the property owner's responsibility to fix. We will follow up in construction season with property owner.
