Description

On 12/2/2017 the owner of 1428 12th St excavated the public sidewalk and built a new driveway opening for his house. He did not have a permit for this work.

Several neighbors are concerned that he may have damaged the underground infrastructure since he did not call for a USA tag before he dug.

In addition, this new driveway opening has cost all of the neighbors one of the few available street parking spots. It does not seem fair that the neighbor would be allowed to do this, especially since his house already had a driveway before he built this additional one.
